  The management of asthma and COPD has evolved significantly in recent years, driven by new insights from clinical research and advancements in pharmacotherapy. The latest Respiratory Congress APSR offered a comprehensive overview of emerging trends in the treatment of these prevalent respiratory conditions, with a focus on personalized medicine, novel drug therapies, and innovative treatment strategies. One key theme discussed was the growing importance of precision medicine, which tailors treatment based on individual genetic, phenotypic, and environmental factors.
